My wonderful husband Eddy and I have been married for 31 years, and together we have 3 adult children, Jacques, Arno and Larné of whom we are very proud. In 1999 we emigrated from South Africa to New Zealand, and are now ZAKIWIS (Z means Zuid, the Dutch word for south, so zakiwis stands for South African Kiwis).

When asking God what direction my life should take after home-schooling my daughter for 3 years, the consulting course from ‘The Academy of Natural Health & Wellness’ from the Shearers was an obvious choice.  My passion for food and entertaining spilled over into a passion to see people whole and healthy, and what better way than through good wholesome food. After embarking on a change in lifestyle with wonderful results, it made perfect sense to proclaim ‘The Natural Way’.

I offer personal coaching with dietary recommendations and a menu plan to suite you as an individual.  The internet brings consulting to your home, so feel free to contact me from your country and we can set up a Skype date.
